Founder & Lead Coach
Sabine is a qualified eating disorder recovery coach, former physiotherapist (University of Notre Dame), youth mentor and Pilates instructor. She has completed specialised training with The Carolyn Costin Institute, ACFED (Australian Centre for Eating Disorders), Perth Children’s Hospital, and The Butterfly Foundation
“I can’t wait to meet you and stand next to you to support you as you navigate your journey. Whether its overcoming disordered behaviours, breaking free from the never ending diet cycle, taking steps in ED recovery or owning your worth beyond your image - you are not alone.”
In response to her personal experience with an eating disorder, poor body image and a controlling inner critic, Sabine initially created Core Confidence in 2016 to bring positive body esteem to young people. Introducing preventative education to schools and communities to tackle the ever rising issues of low self esteem and body dissatisfaction.
After five years of focusing on preventative education, Sabine continued to recognise significant gaps in support for those already struggling with disordered behaviours. She felt particularly passionate about providing 1:1 lived experience support, as she understood firsthand the common challenges individuals face during recovery.
During her own journey, Sabine often felt isolated and questioned whether achieving a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and body image was truly possible. She recognised the lack of relatable, peer-based support. Someone who could provide not only hope that full recovery was possible but also practical guidance along the way from a trusted and trained peer support professional to help facilitate behaviour changes.
Our Vision
At Worth Beyond, we aim to be a trusted hub for certified lived experience peer support. We empower individuals by providing the tools and understanding needed to create meaningful change, fostering self-compassion, and building a life rooted in freedom and self-acceptance. Working within treatment teams or helping them be established is an important corner stone to the wholistic support Worth Beyond provides.
What We Offer
At Worth Beyond, we focus on personalised recovery coaching support tailored to each individual’s needs. Our services include:

1:1 Recovery Coaching: Work with a qualified eating disorder recovery coach to develop practical strategies to overcome challenges. (Recovery coaching for all genders aged 16+).
Community Engagement + Education: Talks to develop body neutrality skills for the prevention + early intervention of eating disorders
