With a supportive, lived-experience approach, coaching focuses on guidance, accountability and practical tools to help you overcome disordered behaviors and move toward greater freedom.
This service is best suited for individuals (16+) who are mostly ready to take steps forward, seeking structured support to break free from food and body struggles.

is designed to reduce isolation and increase hopefulness by providing a safe space to connect with someone who truly understands the challenges of disordered eating and body image struggles. Ideal for those feeling unsure or ambivalent about recovery (pre-contemplation or contemplation stages), offering non-judgmental encouragement without pressure to take action. Suited to clients 14+

Guidance when and where you need it most. Integrated into recovery coaching support plans to:
✔️ Identify and challenge food rules in a safe and supportive way
✔️ Stay accountable to your meal plan, in collaboration with your dietitian
✔️ Expand food variety and increase flexibility in your choices
✔️ Face fear foods with reassurance and encouragement
✔️ Shift unhelpful food-related behaviors and rituals
✔️ Develop coping strategies for before, during, and after meals
✔️ Foster positive, meaningful experiences around food and eatingSessions may include post-meal support and a debrief, reflection on your experience and a personalised plan to help you feel more supported for the rest of your day.

Non therapeutic Peer Group Support
Every season, current and past clients of ‘Worth Beyond’ have access to this small group facilitating helpful connection + conversation.

Sabine is available for a limited number of keynote addresses + community events each year. Talks are focused on the development of body neutrality skills for the prevention + early intervention of eating disorders; and encouraging help seeking behaviours.
What is involved?
Discovery Call : after submitting your enquiry a short 15 minute discovery call with our lead coach Sabine will be arranged to answer questions regarding our services and ensure suitability and appropriateness of support.
Initial Meet - Up : to get an understanding of your journey so far and get clear on the role a recovery coach can play to help you on your recovery path. We will clarify your goals, set boundaries and expectations, make sure the support you are receiving is optimal before we beginning the coaching program. An action plan with recommended resources, relevant referrals and self help resources as appropriate is provided after the initial meet up regardless if ongoing commitment to recovery coaching support is decided on at this time.
Investment: $180+gst (1.5hrs)
Tailored Plan
Following the Initial Meet-Up, a tailored plan for support will be discussed and committed to help you reach your recovery goals. All Plans include:
1:1 in person or Zoom sessions
in between session email and text support
Complimenting worksheets for engagement, focus and continued growth
Appropriate referrals as required
Plans may involve:
scheduled phone call check - ins
different meet up locations (parks, local walks, cafes)
meal, food prep and/or shopping support
parent call and text support
Liaison with your treatment team, including GP, psychologist, dietician
Investment: as plans are tailored for each circumstances, fees do vary.
